Shipping policy
We at Soléite understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we have tied up with a large network of leading courier and logistic providers to deliver your products to you as early and safely as possible. Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you place your order and item availability.
SHIPPING POLICY (INDIA)
- We aim to deliver the product to your doorsteps within the next 6-9 business days. If you require your item for a certain date, please email support@soleite.com to request a specific production slot.
- The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location
- Please be informed that COD shipments take a day or two extra to be delivered as compared to NON-COD (Paid online) shipments.
SHIPPING POLICY (INTERNATIONAL)
- We aim to deliver the product to your doorsteps within the next 15-19 business days. If you require your item for a certain date, please email support@soleite.com to request a specific production slot.
- The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
- Extra shipping charges will be applicable for shipping outside India.
- Only the exchange of items is acceptable in the case of international shipping, no returns are applicable.
- Please note that our shipping times are estimates and do not include any delays that may be caused by customs.
- International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. The customer is wholly responsible/liable for these charges. For more information please refer to your local customs authority. Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by Soleite if you choose to return your item for any reason. If you choose to reject your parcel from customs, you will be liable for the return fee to Soléite.
