Philosophy

Sustainability
As a brand, we recognise and understand our responsibility to make decisions with people and environment at the forefront. We have made a commitment to continue to refine and rebuild by developing the best practices in everything that we do, honouring that it is something to be revisited frequently.
Fabrication sourcing and the province of our textiles are of utmost importance to us. We carefully consider the impact on the environment and select natural materials that are easily broken down, avoiding the use of synthetics where possible, only using them when the integrity of the garment requires it.
As a business we put in a conscious effort to not indulge in overconsumption and believe that fashion should be slow.
With a focus on continuing to streamline our supply chain traceability, fair treatment of every person that comes into contact with Soléite, growing our bases of conscious fabrics and continually educating our teams to minimise environmental impact in day-to-day operations – all paving the way towards a lower footprint future. We endeavour to create and manufacture mindfully with these goals in focus.
Our online mailer bags are made of plant-based materials and are completely compostable whereas our collection boxes and packaging are made from recycled paper and are recyclable. In addition to this, all of our e-commerce collateral is printed on recycled card stock and is completely recyclable.
