Account and Orders
Creating an account is simple! Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of our website and follow the steps to register. You can also create an account while placing an order by saving your email and password.
Your account allows for a faster and more seamless shopping experience. You can:

- Receive updates on new arrivals and exclusive promotions
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, if you place a request before the order is shipped, we may, at our discretion, accommodate your request to modify or cancel it. Returns & Exchanges
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a one-time size exchange or a refund. Sale items are final. Please visit our Returns & Exchange Policy for more details.
Yes, you must register your return within 14 days from the delivery date. Please follow the instructions on our Returns & Exchange page to proceed.
Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method.
We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed. You can also track your return using the tracking number provided in your return request.
